An exciting contract role with a EDUCATION SECTOR client is available.

Our Client seeks an experienced Office Manager or Operations Manager who is looking for a challenge in a business that is entering a period of growth and development.

The temping contract period is flexible 3 months with a potential extension.

The role will work closely with the Administration Team and Senior managers.
Your professional manner will see you comfortable across all levels of the organisation.

TASKS

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the office for a team of 35-50 staff members.
  • Go to for all staff members enquiries relating to facilities, daily running requests
  • Staffing issues
  • Onboarding support, WHS
  • Develop Influential relationships across the office and wider Administration staff.
  • Leadership across the Melbourne team


EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in an OFFICE MANAGEMET role is essential
  • HR policy and procedure implementation would be desirable .
  • The individual will present as Professional, motivated and ambitious in their career aspirations.
  • Demonstrated experience assisting an organisation through a transition period where new working practices are implemented.

Egs of your input into new running rhythms. Prior experience in implementing new office procedures will be essential.

Your organised manner and professional, articulate and discreet approach will see you successfully support your Team and Office to the highest level.

Examples of prior experiences will be talked about at interview.

Interviews will be taking place from 18-19/5 and a start time is available immediately to ensure a smooth handover is available for 1-2 weeks ideally.
